Hinckley (April 13, 1832 – November 26, 1887) was a lawyer and politician who served as Lieutenant Governor of Vermont from 1874 to 1876. ==Early life== Lyman Gillett Hinckley was born in Post Mills, Vermont on April 13, 1832.
